Therefore, if you encounter any technical setbacks with our themes and plugins, you can contact us for a refund within 30 days after purchase. We are happy to refund you the entire amount if you comply with our refund policy. 

Key Points About Our Refund Policy:

  • If you come across an issue with our themes or plugins and our technical team fails to fix it, then we will give you a 100% refund of your money.
  • We’re promised to give your money back if our themes or plugins have a security vulnerability, improper functionality, or downloading issue within the first 30 days of your purchase. No refund requests will be accepted after this period.
  • We don’t give refunds for discounted products, upgrades, subscriptions, or any technical issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, or software. 
  • Refunds are not applicable if you don’t share the required access to your website in case our technical team needs to inspect, investigate, and resolve any problems.
  • No refund will be given if you don’t want our product after downloading or if you don’t have enough expertise to use it.
  • We reserve the right to reject a refund policy if you don’t explain to us why you want a refund and misuse our products intentionally.
  • After receiving the refund, we will cancel the ownership of your license, and you must deactivate and uninstall the products from your website.
